Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A1: We are a factory in Dongguan ,China.

Q2: What do we need to do before the work starts?
A2: You provide 2D/3D drawings (step, stp, pdf, dwg, dxf, cad format), as well as order quantity and surface treatment requirements to us. After you agree to our price, we will try our best to work your case.

Q3: How Long is the time of production?
A3: Generally it is 5-15 days ,finally determined by the order quantity and process.

Q4: Can you make the products according to my design?
A4: Yes. The products displayed on our website are only those we have produced before to show what kinds of services we can provide for you.
You can send us your design drawings, pictures or samples, and then we will make the samples for your reference. We can also help you design according to your ideas.

Q5: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or is there an extra charge?
A5: Yes, we could offer samples free of charge if we have them in stock, but we do not pay for the cost of freight.

Q:6 What is your terms of payment?
